This is a new and modern one bedroom apartment consisting of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom (with a bath), and a terrace. Location and facilities are really good.

It's on the 4th floor. There are two elevators, going to the underground parking also, a few steps from the parking spot.

The apartment is in quiet part of City Centre, only a two minute walk from the (sometimes noisy) Main Street with restaurants, bars, historic sights etc.

There is a very well stocked medium size Supermarket (with a bakery, meat, drugstore and other sections) on the ground floor on the front side of the building which is SUPER convenient. It is open from 7.00 A.M. to 9.00 P.M. every day including Saturdays and Sundays! (There are no foodstores in the Main Street itself at the time of writing). You wake up or arrive late and get your favourite fresh food within minutes!

There is a Modern Clinic with a Pharmacy and an ATM next to the Supermarket also.

The apartment is very well furnished, please see the description which lists the various modern equipment and subscription services.

In the kitchen you will usually find spare tea, sugar, oil etc which you can use. You also might find some (emergency) frozen bread in the freezer.

The pans are pretty good too (I often find this to be a problem when travelling and my favourite breakfast looks... different).

I've tried to do everything the way I'd expect to have at home, no compromises.

A few words about me and what’s on offer for you :)

I’m an active professional. Having worked in various countries, done lots of business and leisure traveling, I know that a quality apartment is often a MUCH better choice than a classic hotel room missing space, privacy, decent fridge, a good TV, desk, reliable Wi-Fi, washing machine or even a simple piece of cutlery (knife or say bottle opener?), to name a few examples.

I aim to offer MUCH more, just the way I would want it, to make sure that you can fully enjoy your stay and do not miss anything: a fully equipped kitchen, unlimited music, movies/series/shows on demand (in a smart TV app), extra sports and modern tech equipment (incl. an extra PC screen for your laptop), and even external blinds to keep the place cooler during a hot summer and dark for your quality sleep and rest.

On offer there is also a well stocked Supermarket with bakery, open daily (until late), even a modern Healthcare Clinic and Pharmacy (all just downstairs around the corner), underground Parking with a lift, plus a great (but quiet) location in the City Center so you can simply walk to our cosy car-free Main Street in just two minutes and explore what the City has to offer.

Proud to say the country is very safe and there is almost no violent crime.

Once you book, you will receive access to my comprehensive Guidebook with a variety of unique and unexpected tips and places (even unknown to locals), so you can really enjoy your stay in culinary, active and other ways, to save you time and money and generally make your stay easier!
