Terrasol condos are located on Ave Solmar, just a short walk from the Marina and Downtown Cabo. At Terrasol, you can enjoy a private beach stroll and a relaxed atmosphere. All condos are privately owned, and it’s only a 5-minute walk to downtown.

This 1,420 square foot, 2-bedroom condo offers stunning views of the marina and bay. Unit 202 combines modern amenities with a perfect vacation atmosphere.

The condo features a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. As a top-floor unit, it boasts vaulted ceilings and a private terrace with a BBQ.

The unit is finished with travertine marble floors and bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare anything from a quick snack to a five-course meal.

Amenities include air conditioning, WiFi, ceiling fans, a dishwasher, a washing machine (no dryer), a TV.

The views of the Marina and Bay of Cabo San Lucas from Unit 202 are simply breathtaking.

Guest Access: You’ll have access to two swimming pools, a poolside bar, a gym, front desk services, and expansive beaches. All areas are open for you to enjoy.

Additional Information:

Terrasol charges a daily parking fee of $5 per day or $25 per week.
A daily resort service fee of $27.50 for 4 people will be applied upon checkout and is your responsibility.
