Modern, light and spacious double room & use of the guest bathroom. Has wardrobe facilities with hangers included and desk space. The kitchen is not available for cooking but can make tea and coffee if required (though not provided).

Wifi available. Heated house. A quiet residential area and has plenty of road parking outside the house.

Local green area 30 secs away. Centre of Truro 15 min walk/7 minute drive. Waitrose is a 2 minute drive.

(Friendly dog also in the house).

The room contains a double bed, wardrobe and desk. The room has the advantage of capturing the evening sun.

Plenty of street parking is available. The house is situated in a quiet residential with a communal green located a 30-second walk away - with paved pathway circulating around the estate, perfect for walking and running (approx 1 mile around)

Easy access to the centre of Truro, a 15-minute walk or 10-minute drive. A supermarket (Waitrose) is a 2-minute drive away, with other supermarkets no further than a 10-minute drive.

Will have a friendly dog (a pug called Charlie) living in the house so the guest will have to be comfortable with a quick hello from Charlie (not to worry, he will not have access to the guest rooms or bathrooms).
