My apartment is located in Pune's most cosmopolitan and bustling area Koregaon Park, in a stand alone building on the 1st floor in Lane no 5 surrounded by well know cafes, bars and eateries. This private bedroom is a part of a flat and the kitchen and living area is common/shared.

1. The bedroom is spacious enough for upto 3 guests.

2. The bedroom is located in close proximity to Osho commune (1.5kms) and Magarpatta/Eon IT park (5kms), railway station (4kms) airport (4kms).

Please note access to bathroom is through balcony and i have provided blinds for additional privacy of the guests.
The bedroom consists of the following features:
1. One king sized bed with side table. Single wardrobe with hangers and coat stand.

2. Fresh linens and towels along with toiletries (shampoo & soap) provided inside the bedroom during check in and replenished on every alternate day basis. Ensuite bathroom with WC, hot water geyser and shower.

3. AC + Daily Housekeeping + WiFi + 40' LED with cable TV (limited SD channels included) + Free parking inside the premises + Inverter back up (fan and light only) + Tea/Coffee and hot water kettle + 24/7 building security + common washing machine.

Our neighbourhood is a combination of residential and commercial/corporate spaces.
It consists of osho meditation center, restaurants, bars and eateries.
The apartment is also closely located to IT parks in kalyani nagar and magarpatta city as well.

Hosting has taught me to be a better person by heart, helped me make new friends and be introduced to various cultures. Travelling as a backpacker has made me strong to deal with various situations in life, be in love with mother nature and meet people with similar interests. Travelling with airbnb lets me have a home and be taken care of anywhere around the world and being very fascinated to the very concept of airbnb, i decided to be a host myself. I am a host to various listings in Pune and Lonavala which include private rooms, entire homes and vacation homes as well.
I prefer conversations about conscious and responsible living, yoga, self sustaining practises, sattvik lifestyle and out of the box ideas are always welcome.
I love to trek in the himalayas and i have trekked different regions of northern India like Leh, HP and Uttaranchal. I have also gone hiking and trekking in the arctic alps in Norway and have traveled for leisure to Norway, Copenhagen, Sweden, Thailand, China, Neitherland, Italy, France and London.
I prefer hearing mood altering music genre’s like ambient/chill/indian and western classical and my favorite artists include Anushka Shankar, carbon based life forms and Prem Joshua.
I am experimental towards food and drinks and have no personal favourites.
I finished studying law a few years ago.
I stay in pune in with my wife and parents. I wish to spread the concept of airbnb and be a host to all the sweet people on this community.
