My condo is unique because it provides an extra level of security which I know I looked for when I was living in the UK and traveling every weekend. Not only are there 24/hour security cameras throughout the complex, there is an assigned parking spot in the gated parking lot as well. One great feature about this condo/complex is that there is a private (locked) door that opens onto Delmar in the middle of all of the activity.

Amenities are also important in my condo! Don't worry about packing shampoo, conditioner, or body wash because I have you covered! There is also a blow dryer and an ironing board to make sure you look great too!

There is a fully stocked kitchen with all the pots and pans needed to make most any meal as well as a full size dishwasher. If you forgot to pack enough clothes, no worries! There is a full size washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets!

The couch and the mattresses are brand new and I ensure that my cleaning team does an impeccable job to make sure the condo is spotless. If you have any questions about my amazing condo please feel free to send me an inquiry!

On my street there are countless restaurants, vintage shops, timeless theatres, and plenty of music venues!

The American Planning Association(APA) has selected the Delmar Loop as one of 10 Great Streets in America because of the sustained efforts of local business, government, and the community to achieve successful physical and economic revitalization.

It is a really neat spot in St. Louis that is close to Forest Park and downtown as well!

I am a tax lawyer specializing in UK and EU tax. I recently moved back from living in London and am renting out my condo. Having traveled extensively though Europe using AirBnb, I am happy to offer my condo up here locally. It is a great way to explore new cities on a more cost efficient budget.

I have had this condo for 8 years in the Delmar Loop area. The area has grown tremendously and something new and exciting seems to happen every day! What I love about my condo is not only is it the perfect size, but it has private gated parking and security. Another fun feature is the private access gate to the Delmar Loop. This means you can come and go from the complex securely and be right in the thick of it all! I also want to note that my cleaning crew is paid above the local average and that is something that is important to me. Please let me host you in one of the most friendly and unique cities in America!
