A relaxing unique new home with shared breezeway opening onto an extensive balcony overlooking Yeppoon. We have a "lounge" area at one end of the balcony, dining in the middle and a kitchen and BBQ at the other end. To reach their bedroom guests can enjoy this wonderful feeling of the great outdoors with sweeping views from the sea and across Yeppoon.The house is a short drive to anywhere on the Capricorn Coast and close to cafés and shops. Come and enjoy.

Our home is made of 3 cabins linked by the balcony. Guests have one cabin with bathroom and fridge and coffee making facilities to themselves. We'd love to BBQ and chat with you on the balcony as the sun goes down and the lights of Yeppoon create their magic. We also enjoy playing pool (house rules) if you're up to the challenge.

Guests have free access to the shared breezeway and balcony as well as use of the laundry. Of course they have the privacy of the third cabin with ensuite, walkin robe, ceiling fan and coffee making facilities to themselves. There is a work desk in the room.
