Quaint & Cozy 3br3ba home, situated on a nearly 2-acre Ranch, right in the heart of Silicon Valley! Enjoy wide open spaces, the fresh bay breeze, and even a few local horses combined with the convenience of being just minutes to downtown Palo Alto, Stanford, Freeways & Major Tech Companies. Steps away from the Nature Preserve Trail leading out toward the Bay, this house is fully equipped with gourmet kitchen, lots of light & private luxurious bathrooms (one per bedroom).

Want to be in the heart of the Silicon Valley buzz & business scene, but also have a place to step aside and relax with a touch of nature and clean air???
This unique location may just be the spot for you! Located on the corner edge of a residential neighborhood still very close to all the local hot spots, this lovely home is comfortable, clean and well designed. It also just so happens to sit right next to a little horse corral that was once used to host small local rodeos for the community. Now just a few resident horses remain in the far end of the lot furthest from the home, but can still be visited by those who would like to come by and say hello. The Ranch is fenced off and separate from the home and backyard, but is definitely a very cool, unexpected and peaceful entity to stay next to in the midst of this bustling Bay Area city!

If you'd like to come by the ranch area to see the horses let us know and we can accommodate. Otherwise, you may not even notice their presence! ;)



House Description:
As you step inside this charming home you will be delightfully surprised at it's beautiful and functional lay out. Enter in to the lovely living room with a mantled fireplace and cozy seating area, perfect for conversations or business team meetings. You can also just relax and watch a little cable tv during your down time. Plantation shutters let light flow in from the huge picture windows and provide the perfect privacy at night. Entryways on either side welcome you in further towards your choice of the house.

Toward the right is a hallway leading to the 3 private bedrooms each equipped with complimentary bathrooms:

1) Bedroom 1: Set up with large Cal King Mckroskey bed has windows facing both the front and ranch-side of the house, which makes for lovely sunrise views in the mornings. If you're not into being woken from the sun, simply close up the shutters and sleep the morning away! Here you may also catch occasional glimpses of the few resident horses in the arena when their local owners come to ride. The bathroom for this room is a couple of steps down the hallway and may be used as the shared bathroom for the rest of house as well.

2) Bedroom 2: Set up with comfy Mckroskey twin mattresses (1 soft and 1 firm) This room comes with it's own private en suite bathroom where you may enjoy heated floors, beautiful classic porcelain tiles and an amazing 4-way spray shower head that is sure to be the highlight of your bathing experience.

3) Bedroom 3: Set up with a firm full sized bed and a lovely set of french doors leading out to the huge back yard and patio area. Be sure to check out the unique en suite master bathroom featuring warmed flooring, an oversized shower with 2 four-way shower spray heads awaiting to give you an extra luxurious and thoroughly clean experience. Tastefully designed with modern, clean lines and gorgeous inlaid shower art.

On the other side of the living room, you will be greeted by a beautiful formal dining room equipped with seating for up to 8 people. This room is book-ended with a large picturesque window on one end and then leads all the way back into the gourmet kitchen on the other end. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with top of the line appliances such as a Wolf Range, built-in Miele Oven, built-in Miele espresso machine and Miele dishwasher. Other appliances include a toaster oven, microwave, and instant hot water kettle. Just to the right of the fridge is a closeted laundry area with washer and dryer that guests may use as needed.

Guests will have access to wi-fi, laundry, and everything within the home. There is an attached garage and back bonus room that is locked and not for guests use. The house is completely private, but the backyard and ranch area may occasionally be shared. The RV's & sheds on the ranch side are for owners use only. Thanks!

East Palo Alto is an up and coming city! It is ideally located right in the middle of Silicon valley and is literally right next to the bay, which allows for a wonderful breeze, clean air and a very moderate climate. It's amazingly convenient and close to almost everything in the Bay Area. The neighborhoods tend to be diverse and for the most part friendly and community oriented...we love it here! There is a fabulous little local Taqueria just a couple of blocks down the road and close by is a huge shopping plaza with Ikea, Home Depot, Target, Nordstrom Rack, Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Mi Pueblo Market and other restaurants and shops. Nearby is little hub of tech businesses, F@ceb00k headquarters and just recently Amazon has moved in as well. At the end of our block is the nature preserve which has a trail leading either way toward the bay or the Palo Alto airport.
