A perfect hotel room alternative! Located in the heart of Eugene, across the street from the Oakway Center which offers great shopping, grocery, restaurants and the new Hyatt hotel. Walkable to Autzen Stadium and Alton Baker Park. Easy drive or bike ride to Downtown, UO campus/Hayward Field (>2 mi), and all that Eugene has to offer! The guest bed & bath (no kitchenette) has a separate private entrance, faces a beautiful garden and patio, and offers high-speed WiFi for streaming on your devices!

On the side of the main house, this small guest suite offers a separate and private entrance. Equipped with a comfortable queen size bed with a luxurious down comforter, private bathroom/shower, washer/dryer, mini-fridge, desk, and plenty of hooks for clothing. There is no TV, but the high speed WiFi allows guests to stream on their wireless devices. The unit offers a standalone ductless unit so guests can adjust the heat or air conditioning to their liking.

Wake up to fresh coffee or tea from the single cup brewer. While there is no kitchenette, there is a mini-fridge and ample eateries and grocery stores within walking distance! French doors offer a great view of the spacious garden and private patio which includes patio chairs and fire pit (available seasonally as weather permits).

Across the street from the bustling Oakway Center and Hyatt Hotel, the house (and suite) itself is on a residential street and offers easy parking.

Perfect for a solo traveler or couple who need a "home base" as they explore the city, work, or attend an event!

This is the most central neighborhood in Eugene. The Hyatt was just built across the street because of the demand! Literally across the street from Eugene’s premier shopping at Oakway Center, grocery stores (Trader Joe’s, Natural Grocers, Albertsons), many of Eugene’s best restaurants (casual and more formal), and Starbucks. The neighborhood backs to Oakway Golf Course.

We are within walking distance to the Willamette River and Alton Baker Park or Skinner's Butte which offer great biking, running, or just relaxing. Walkable to to Autzen Stadium! Our location also has easy access to freeways and less than 10 minute drive to Hayward Field, UO Campus, and Downtown!
