This apartment has fantastic lifestyle and city-living amenities just outside your door. It is a very large space by Hong Kong standards and is fully stocked with all the essentials you need for your stay.

With huge windows on two sides, the place is light and airy. The bathroom is modern and clean with a full sized luxury bathtub.

The extremely comfortable double bed can sleep 2. and 2 extra guests can use a portable double air mattress and fresh bedding.

Having lived here for over a year, I can genuinely say that I love this apartment. I've visited so many while in Hong Kong and this apartment is a bargain and just so light and spacious for the price.


It is the only apartment on the 10th floor so there are no direct neighbours, which is very unusual.

The lift gets you to the 10th floor but then you have to walk up 15 steps to get into the apartment.

Perfect size for 2 people but possible to accommodate up to 4 people with an inflatable air mattress. It will be set upon your arrival if you book for 3 or more guests. If you have 2 guests who would like separate beds, please let us know in advance.

It is secure with a doorman all night and the neighbourhood is great. So much amazing food and a few amazing coffee places within 5 minutes walk.

The whole studio apartment is accessible to guest other than a few locked cupboards with personal items. There is hanging space, cupboards and drawers that are empty for you to use.

There is a private bathroom.

Up a flight of stairs is a shared rooftop area.

I live in the apartment but am currently working overseas for 3 months so I am very familiar with the area and am happy to make recommendations for entertainment, food and drink.

The kitchen has all the amenities you'll need such as coffee machine, toaster, glasses plates crockery etc. Mary will make sure there is some cereal and milk in the appartment when you arrive.

There plenty of glasses, plates, cutlery to use.

With only a short walk to many restaurants and bars, there is no shortage of delicious food to try. The neighborhood has a variety of shops and there is even a bar on the ground-floor of the building. It's so close to Central, yet within 5 minutes walk you are also in the heart of the Chinese medicine district for a real cultural experience.

5 mins walk to Hollywood road, SOHO bars and restaurants or cafe's and shopping.

The neighbourhood is a perfect blend of Hong Kong culture, Western amenities and food as well as local and street food options.

It's a few mins walk to buy groceries and there will be bottled water in the apartment when you arrive.
