Downstairs is the open plan living/dining area and modern kitchen opening to a private courtyard. Upstairs is the 2 double bedrooms each with built in robes and queen beds along with the modern bathroom. Also nearby is a public park, gyms, bars, cafes and public transport to the city.

This spacious 2 bedroom townhouse is ideally located in a quiet residential street just moments away from trendy Chapel St and Carlisle St with easy access to public transport to the city and St Kilda. In a block of four with private parking, this offers the perfect quiet and secure stay.

The open plan living/dining area opens to a private courtyard complete with weber bbq. For quiet nights in, guests have the choice between a 55" smart TV with Netflix or a projector with a huge 100" screen.

The kitchen is well stocked with essential pots, pans, utensils etc. This includes a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, microwave and more.

The 2 spacious double bedrooms each have a queen bed and built in robes. The modern bathroom has a bath with a shower over and all bed linen and towels will be provided for each guest. A washing machine is also in the bathroom.

The living area and each bedroom have heating/cooling.

St Kilda East is one of the more diverse and densely populated suburbs of Melbourne. Quiet and residential but with a strong arts, alternative and indie community around nearby Carlisle St. The townhouse is centrally located in this area, about a 10 minute walk to the Windsor end of Chapel St in one direction and a 7 minute walk to Carlisle St in the other.

Alma Park is right around the corner which has a lovely childs playground and public bbq areas as well as a weekly Saturday street food market.

Both Carlisle St and Chapel St have many diverse options for food and drink with a multitude of cafes, bars and restaurants. Coles and Woolworths supermarkets are located next to each other within walking distance on Carlisle St.

The adjacent suburb of St Kilda is also easily accessible either by foot, car or public transport. This is one of Melbournes most famous suburbs with St Kilda Beach along with many more restaurant and bar options on Acland and Fitzroy Streets as well as the waterfront.
