Set within the prestigious Royal Westmoreland estate on Barbados’ coveted West Coast, Villa St. Lucy is a seven-bedroom retreat designed for effortless luxury, privacy, and relaxed Caribbean living. Ideal for families and groups of friends, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests and offers a seamless blend of inviting interiors, heartfelt Barbadian hospitality, and breathtaking surroundings, all from the comfort of a private villa setting.

The home features seven beautifully appointed, air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Four bedrooms are located on the upper level of the villa, offering elevated and unobstructed sea views across the property, while three bedrooms are set on the lower ground level with their own private access and patios, creating a charming cottage-style feel that opens directly onto the gardens.

The interiors are spacious and welcoming, with multiple living areas ideal for gathering or restful refuge. The main living space is generously furnished and equipped with a host of modern conveniences, while an additional sitting room provides another comfortable space to unwind. A dedicated office is also available for guests who may need to stay connected during their stay.

Dining is a highlight at Villa St. Lucy, whether enjoyed indoors at the striking coral stone table or outdoors in the covered dining nook, perfect for long lunches and candlelit dinners under the stars.

Surrounding it all are the truly stunning grounds. Mature, manicured gardens envelop the property, creating a sense of privacy and tranquility, while the villa’s elevated position affords truly incredible views of the rolling golf course and the turquoise Caribbean Sea beyond.

We are pleased to offer Royal Westmoreland Full Membership privileges to our guests. Upon arrival, villa guests may register at the Clubhouse to obtain houseguest cards, which provide access to the resort's facilities.

Full Membership benefits include access to the Clubhouse, restaurant and bar, communal swimming pool, fitness centre, tennis, padel and pickleball courts, golf facilities, 24-hour security, and beach access at the Mullins Beach Club, including complimentary shuttle service.

Please note that Full Membership does not include complimentary golf. Guests may book and pay for golf rounds separately, subject to availability. Tee times are open to full members, with blocks between 7am-9am and 12pm-1pm from October 1st.

House Guest Card Fee: US$125 per house, per week or part thereof (payable at the Resort Registration Desk.) 419 7298/9.
