You'll be a short drive from dining and nightlife in downtown Phoenix and Old Town, Scottsdale, while still enjoying a quiet neighborhood feel. You're also minutes from the Biltmore shopping center and hiking at Piestewa Peak. Whether you're here for golf, hiking, business events, or a family vacation, this home makes the perfect home base for your stay.

- Parties, events, or any other activity that disturbs the peace and enjoyment of neighboring properties are strictly prohibited.
