SEASONAL RENTAL PROPERTY: This is not just an apartment; it is my home. I have designed it with great care, aiming to create a cozy space. This is my house, and due to work commitments, I spend some time outside of Madrid, so I am looking for a tenant who will take care of it as much as I do.

During your stay, you will have the entire apartment to yourself (I only have a few personal belongings stored), so I hope you enjoy this space as much as I do.

A fascinating experience in the heart of Madrid!

The place is bright and very comfortable, organized so that travelers may have all they need, whether visiting to discover the city or for work. The main floor includes a spacious living room, one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom with towels, shower gel and shampoo.

The upper floor has two large bedrooms and a complete bathroom.

The screens shown in the images of the living room are no longer on the apartment.

This is my primary residence, which I temporarily rent out to tenants. Since I travel frequently for work, you may find some personal belongings stored away, but they will not interfere with your stay in Madrid. Everything shown in the photos is exactly how you will find my apartment, and you are welcome to use it all.

Please, for good neighborly relations, we kindly ask to keep noise to a minimum. Please note that the building is old and sound travels easily, so we kindly request removing shoes upon entering, avoiding moving furniture, and any other actions that may cause disturbance.

Please note that this is a seasonal rental and must be used for this purpose, whether for work, medical, or personal reasons, and cannot be used as a permanent residence. A seasonal rental agreement must be signed, in accordance with Article 3.2 of the Urban Leases Act. We will provide you with instructions along with the check-in registration.
