Located in the heart of KL, our unit in Swiss Garden Residence is in a perfect spot. Just a 10-minute walk takes you to Bukit Bintang, Hang Tuah LRT station, and the famous Jalan Alor food street. Popular shopping spots like Lalaport and Pavilion KL are only 15 minutes away. From the pool, you can enjoy great views of KL Tower and KL118, the second tallest building in the world. Situated in the heart of the Bukit Bintang district, our stylish 72 m² apartment at Swiss Garden Residence is ideal for families or groups, comfortably accommodating up to 7 guests.

The unit features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and one living area. Bedroom 1 has a King-size bed, Bedroom 2 also has a King-size bed, while the living area includes a Queen-size bed and a sofa bed, providing a flexible and comfortable sleeping arrangement for all guests.

The apartment is fully equipped with modern comforts, including air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and entertainment options for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is well-suited for home cooking and dining, featuring a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, kettle, drinking water filter, pots & pans, bowls & plates, and basic kitchenware.

For your convenience, the unit also includes a washing machine, drying rack, and iron. The private bathroom comes with a walk-in shower, shower gel, hair shampoo, hair dryer, slippers, toilet rolls, and fresh towels. A total of 6 bath towels are provided. Bed linens are included, and complimentary WiFi is available (WiFi password is written on the TV wall).

Guests can enjoy the building’s facilities, including a rooftop swimming pool, sauna, fitness room (gym), garden, lift access, and facilities for disabled guests.

Swimming Pool, Sauna & Gym Access:
The swimming pool, sauna, and gym are located on Level 6 and are open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
The swimming pool will be temporarily closed for cleaning every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM.
Access is free of charge, and guests are kindly reminded to wear proper swimwear when using the pool. Enjoy your swim and relaxation time!

Nearby Convenience & Laundry:
At the ground floor, there is a mini mart for daily necessities. Both 99 Speedmart and a 24-hour KK Mart are located within 150 meters (less than a 5-minute walk) from the building.
For laundry services, a conventional laundry shop is available on Level 3A, and another laundry shop, Laundry BB, is located behind the building.

Car Park Information:
The car park is located on Level 3 and above, with parking available at any lot. No reservation is required. Payment is made at the car entrance (RM12), and a QR parking ticket valid for 24 hours will be issued. Multiple entries are allowed as long as the ticket remains valid

Located near popular attractions such as Berjaya Times Square, Lalaport, Pavilion KL, and Jalan Alor, this apartment is the perfect base to experience the vibrant city life of Kuala Lumpur.

Guests will receive the lobby lift QR code and the door passcode at 3:00 PM on the check-in day.

To enter the building, simply scan the QR code at the lobby lift using your phone. This will grant you access to the lift area.

Once you reach the unit, enter the passcode provided to unlock the door and access the room.

The swimming pool, gym and sauna are on Level 6 and is open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The pool will be closed temporary for cleaning every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 2:30PM to 4:30PM.

Access is free, and please wear a swimsuit when using the pool. Enjoy your swim!
