The entire house is covered by high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi, and a dedicated work desk is provided. While there is no wired LAN connection, our wireless network is fast and stable enough for stress-free video conferencing and remote work. Additionally, there is a paid co-working space just a 4-minute walk away, which is very convenient when you want a change of pace.

Within walking distance, you’ll find a large supermarket, "Summit," and a convenience store, so daily grocery shopping is easy. The house is fully equipped with cookware and a washer/dryer, allowing you to start living right away.
For foreign guests staying long-term, Japan’s strict garbage sorting rules can be stressful. Here, simply sort your trash indoors, and when it piles up, send us a message—we will collect it for you! Furthermore, if you run low on consumables like shampoo, detergent, tissues, or toilet paper, just message us, and we will restock them. We also offer optional simple cleaning services by our staff anytime during your stay (additional fees apply).

We have a traditional Japanese room with tatami mats. The natural scent of rush grass (Igusa) has a relaxing effect.
The Japanese room does not have an air conditioner. It is set up so that the air conditioning from the Western room flows in.

【Requests for Your Stay】
■ Reservation & Check-in
Check-in is from 16:00 to 21:00. Please refrain from checking in after 21:00. (15:00 check-in is available for 2,200 JPY incl. tax).
If your check-in will be after 21:00, please contact us in advance.
Keys are received via a key box.
As this is an older building, opening the front sliding door requires a little trick. Instructions are posted on the door, so please read them upon arrival.
A security camera is installed at the entrance.
■ Garbage, Cleaning & Check-out
We will collect the garbage, so please separate it into the indoor trash bins. When trash piles up, simply message us, and we will come to collect it. DO NOT take garbage to the neighborhood collection area.
For consecutive nights, there is no daily towel/sheet exchange or periodic cleaning. Optional simple cleaning by our staff is available upon request (additional fees apply). Also, if you run low on consumables like toilet paper, tissues, shampoo, or detergent, message us, and we will restock them.
Please wash used dishes and leave them in the sink.
[Check-out] Turn off all lights and air conditioners. Lock the door and return the key.
Late check-out (max 11:00 AM) is available for 2,200 JPY incl. tax (advance notice required).
■ Designated Smoking Area
Non-smoking indoors. E-cigarettes are allowed only in a designated area in the garden.
■ Rules
No loud talking outdoors.
The balcony is off-limits. Lock 2nd-floor windows for child safety.
No indoor BBQ (Yakiniku). No fireworks/parties in the garden.
Please be quiet after 20:00.
