This modern - 400+sqft 1bhk apartment is located on 2nd floor. It is perfect for all kinds of travellers, especially digital nomads, families and anyone looking to have a comfortable stay at a prime location.

THE ROOM
- The room of this 1bhk has a dedicated workspace, storage unit,AC, LED Mood lighting, ensuite bathroom and a city view. The bed is perfect for 2 as it's king size mattress

No illegal activities or substances allowed if found you will be removed from the property with no refund

THE KITCHEN -
Equipped with a fridge, washing machine, microwave and a gas stove - it's self sufficient to cook your food and do laundry as well. Groceries need to be purchased from your end.

THE HALL -
The hall has a large sofa. There is a viewing pleasure and views of the city. The aesthetic design, mood lighting and comfy sofa makes for a great movie night :)

Guest access
This whole 1bhk is private to the guests but please do not loiter in the common areas of the building like lobby, stairs, passage etc. Kindly enter and exit the premises promptly and without loitering.

Other things to note
1. There's a potential for noise since the road and railway station is closeby. Heavy curtains do help in noise reduction. Incase there is some construction going on nearby or in the building it may contribute to noise but this is the case with all of hyderabad

2. There is no parking in the building premises.
Parking on the road is at your own risk. Please cooperate regarding this as this is a strict rule in the building

3. Laundry has to be done on your own with your own detergent and other materials

4. Cooking has to be done on your own with your own grocery

5. You have full privacy in the apartment unless you ask for the caretaker to tend to you. Basic cleaning done every alternate day at no extra cost and linen changed once in 4 days. Full cleaning done before check in.

6. Please save the energy and environment by switching off lights appliances when not in use.

7. Aadhar card/ passport soft copy required for all guests before the check in. Please co-operate regarding this as it's a strict rule by the society

8. Kindly do not interact with neighbours or anyone else in the building. Since this is a super conservative building we would request potential guests to kindly dress modestly when entering and exiting the apartment. Inside the apartment you have full freedom however do not loiter outside the apartment or make noise/cause disturbance

10 No illegal activities or substances allowed. Incase found to be in violation of laws or rules then you will be removed from the property with no refund and the authorities will be called. The host is not liable or cannot be held liable for any unforseen circumstances or anything else otherwise. By making the booking you agree that you will adhere to all rules and laws and have gone through the listing thoroughly
