The main villa offers a full kitchen, a teak dining table, and a colorful lounge area. The upstairs bedrooms feature private balconies with panoramic rice paddy and pool views. For ultimate privacy, a separate guesthouse provides its own bedroom, living room, and luxurious bathroom, creating a perfect, secluded retreat within the estate.

* Bali is a tropical island with amazing biodiversity. You will often find house animals that may be in this place that you see every day such as lizards small mice and geckos or small insects such as ants and mosquitoes, and it's normal here and can be found everywhere on this Island. if you find those animals just inform our staff and our staff will chase away animals that are considered a nuisance.

**In case of any accidental damage in the villa, we’ll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the cost that guests will pay.
**We are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables. In case you misplace something in the villa, please let us know so we can look out for the item during the changeover and cleaning service.

* Please treat the villa and furniture as if you would need your own. The Villa is to be left in a condition equal to when the guests arrive.
