Renovated in 2023, the property accommodates up to 5 guests, offering a tastefully furnished living room with a comfortable corner sofa, armchairs, and a Smart TV with Dutch and German channels. The dining area seats six, with a high chair provided. The modern open kitchen features a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, induction hob, and combination microwave, complemented by a scullery with a washing machine and dryer.

Nestled near the beach and forest, the home is perfect for a cycling or walking holiday. A 10-minute bike ride leads to the beach, while the surrounding forest is just a short stroll away. Explore the beautiful dunes, vibrant bulb fields in spring, and local markets for a relaxing getaway. The area is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, with trails and scenic landscapes offering plenty of adventure and leisure.

The property includes two modern bathrooms, one on each floor—one with a shower, toilet, and sink, and the other with a bathtub, toilet, and sink. The sunny garden features a landscaped terrace with furniture and an electric barbecue for outdoor dining. One car can park at the property, with additional parking available in the general car park. Free WiFi is provided, and guests are reminded to bring or rent linen. Please note that pets are not allowed, and electric car charging is prohibited.
