Modern and spacious flat located on the second floor of a building with lift. Perfect for 4 guests, it is located in the Santa Rita area, a quiet residential area, a 10-minute walk from Prato della Valle and the Basilica of Sant'Antonio and 5 minutes from the main hospitals. Nearby you can find all services: restaurants, pizzerias, bars, pastry shops, supermarkets, public transport. Limited free and paid parking along the street.

- BEDROOM with double bed (1.90x1.60 m), wardrobe, chest of drawers and split A/C;
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed (1.90x1.60 m), table with dining chairs, split A/C and access to the terrace, smart TV;
- EAT-IN KITCHEN equipped with island/counter with dining chairs, gas hob (4 burners), fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, electric oven, microwave oven, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and WC;
- Spacious STORAGE ROOM with washing machine, sink and countertop;
- TERRACE with access from the living room and a view of the park.

Towels and bed linen available to all guests

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, central heating, smart TV, mosquito nets, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, wardrobe, fireproof curtains.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Padova Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th

It will be possible to enter in the apartment from 15:00.
They will be at your disposal for any information before and during your stay. I kindly ask you to agree the time and details of your check-in directly with them.

For all late check-ins from 21:00 to 01:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 30 for arrivals between 21:00 and 23:00
EUR 50 between 23:00 and 01:00.
It is not possible to check-in after 01:00.
