Seas The Breeze is a spacious multi generation friendly retreat located just a short walk from the beach. This four bedroom, two bath home sits on a corner lot with mature trees, a fully fenced yard, and three comfortable porches. With room for up to ten guests and thoughtful features for families, groups, and pets, this home is designed to make travel easy and relaxing.

The layout is ideal for mixed age groups. Downstairs, you will find a private queen bedroom with an ensuite bath and walk in shower, perfect for grandparents or anyone who prefers fewer stairs. A queen size sleeper sofa in the living room adds extra flexibility for larger groups.
Upstairs, three bedrooms share a full bath with a tub and shower combination. These include one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a bedroom with two twin beds.

Designed for the modern traveler, our home features 2 dedicated work spaces so you can seamlessly blend work and play.

The large living area provides plenty of room to gather, unwind, or spread out. A fully equipped kitchen and full size washer and dryer make extended stays simple and comfortable. The home is cooled by air conditioning and ceiling fans for hot coastal days.

Outdoors, the relaxing spaces continue. Enjoy morning coffee or evening breezes on one of the three porches, all with seating. The tree shaded, fully fenced yard is perfect for pets and children. Two oversized picnic tables create a natural gathering space for outdoor meals, and a charcoal grill is ready for classic cookouts or fresh seafood dinners.

Because this home welcomes pets, you will also find pet bowls, pet wipes, and waste bags provided for convenience.

The location is one of this home’s biggest highlights. It is only a few blocks from the beach and Seawall Boulevard, making it easy to enjoy long walks, beach days, or sunset views.
