In the Desember you will have the rest of the apartment (not by room) by yourself.

The apartment is well furnished with a mix of danish design and home made furniture. The bathroom is newly renovated a few years ago and the kitchen was renovated in march/july 2016. The apartment has wooden parquet throughout the apartment new in 2014. The electrical wires are mostly hidden.

Its a quiet and family friendly area, even though its almost in the middle of Oslo. Its near public transportation that makes it easy to get around.

The apartment is in Vålerenga, close to Kampen, Tøyen, Gamlebyen og Oslo Senter. The apartment is light and spacy. Its about one minut to walk to the closest supermarked and bussstopp. The buss takes about 6-7 minuts to Oslo Senter and goes 24/7.

I prefer to rent out the room when my son is not here. But i can also rent it out sometimes when he is here. My son goes to bed at 19 and sleeps the whole night until 7-9 in the morning, and is in the kindergarden during the daytime.

The apartment is near attraction like the Munch-museum, the Botanic garden, Bjørvika, the Opera, Sørenga, Oslo Bussstation and the Sentral station.

If you are hungry while your home, its is a supermarked just outside the house and a really good pizza restaurant (Pizzeria la Pietra, (URL HIDDEN) just around the corner.
