Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally-located home near Old Mill Park and downtown Mill Valley. Whether you're with your family or a couple of friends, this hillside home is perfect for a quiet getaway! Some recent updates have transformed this home into a warm & inviting space, but its original charm has been preserved in the original warm-toned woodwork throughout. Plenty of windows & skylights throughout the home bring in plenty of natural light. The stunning views are endless.

This home is conveniently located near Old Mill Park and downtown Mill Valley. Access to the many amazing restaurants and shops found in downtown Mill Valley are within walking distance.

This beautiful home is a tri-leveled home with just under 1600 sq. ft. of livable space; it has two bedrooms with plenty of closet space, two bathrooms, a separate office space, a bonus TV room with a laundry area, along with an expansive outdoor area.

The entry point and main level of the home is where you'll find the kitchen, a guest bedroom, a guest bathroom, a small dining area, and a sunken living room. Beautiful wood stairs, as well as a spiral staircase, will take you from the living room to the top floor, where you'll find the primary bedroom, an en suite bathroom, and a separate office space. There is a bonus TV room and laundry closet on the lowest level of the house, and is accessible from the staircase found in the living room; this room has sliding glass doors that open up to a beautiful private deck area.

The home has glass ceilings, skylights, and large windows throughout, which let in a lot of natural light, but also allows you to admire the beautiful scenery that surrounds the house from every room. This home has all of the amenities that you’ll need to make your stay feel like your home away from home. Three on-site private and uncovered parking spaces are available for you.

NOTE: Because of all of the internal stairs and, more specifically, the spiral staircase, THIS IS NOT A TODDLER-FRIENDLY HOUSE. So, please keep this in mind when booking.
