The Agence des Orres offers this beautiful apartment of 35 m2, ideal for a ski toe stay: you can access directly to the snow front and reach the ski slopes, from the exit of the ski locker.
From the residence "Les Eglantines", in the Hauts de Préclaux, you will be very well located in the heart of the shopping square of the Orres 1800 a few steps from all the amenities: bakery, superette, souvenir shops and local products, restaurants, etc...
This magnificent apartment has been newly renovated and welcomes you in a cosy and modern atmosphere.
Its pleasant living room separated into several spaces will offer you a fully equipped open kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers with pods and filters, kettle, toaster, large refrigerator... many storage spaces as well as a seating area organized around an electric fireplace with a wall TV.
You will have a first bedroom, separated from the living room by a glass window, with a double bed 160 x 200 cm which sublimes the space and where you can observe the stars thanks to its velux. In the night corner you will also find a double bed 160 x 200 cm; for a total of 4 beds.
Enjoy a sunbathing from the balcony with its view of the ski slopes and surrounding mountains from the 3rd floor of the residence!
For maximum comfort, you will enjoy unlimited access to the residence's heated outdoor pool, sauna cabins and fitness room (well-being area open in season only, summer and winter).
A private ski box is also included with this accommodation!
The residence:
The residence of Hauts de Préclaux, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois Méan's life. It envelops the central square where shops, bars and restaurants keep pace with the daily life of the resort.
It offers a wide variety of accommodation, ranging from 4 to 10 people, with sometimes mountain or resolutely modern amenities, all with a balcony or terrace.
You will certainly enjoy its superb heated outdoor pool, open in season only, summer and winter, as well as its sauna cabins and fitness room.
For this summer 2026, the wellness area is open from 11am to 6pm, from 28 June until 30 August 2026, every day (from 12pm to 6pm on Wednesday and Saturday).
For winter 2026-2027, it is scheduled to open from 5 December 2026 (subject to the opening of the station) until 11 April 2027, every day except Saturday during school holidays and every day except Wednesday outside school holidays.
