Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Our home is located only 6 min drive to Crescent Beach and 10 min to Siesta Key beach, Voted #1 beach in the U.S. by Tripadvisor and #11 in the world. 25 min from Sarasota Bradenton Intl airport. Siesta key known for its beautiful white sandy beach. Calm waters for kids. Restaurants within walking distance. Entertainment and shopping within a few minutes. Includes twin sleeper in bedroom, sofa bed and playpen.

OUR HOME
Located in 6015 Carlton Ave, Sarasota, FL 34231. Fully furnished two bedroom 2 bath house with everything you need. Your family/and or friends will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Our home is located only 6 min drive to Crescent Beach and 10 min to Siesta Key beach, Voted #1 beach in the U.S. by Tripadvisor and #11 in the world. 25 min from Sarasota Bradenton Intl airport. Siesta key known for its beautiful white sandy beach. Calm waters for kids. Restaurants within walking distance. Entertainment and shopping within a few minutes.
CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT: Check in is at 3pm. If you want to arrive a little earlier, let me know and I can check if my cleaner has completed the cleaning. If you arrive early and would like to at least go drop off your luggage and then go to beach or eat while the cleaner finishes cleaning, let me know and I can see if I can have that arranged. Check out is 10am or earlier. Late check out $25 for every additional hour. This is because it cuts into the cleaning time. Lockbox is located between the main front door and glass door, located on the top right hand corner. Code is 2015. Please place key back into the lockbox when checking out.

LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN:
The livingroom has a sofa bed and tv in which you can log into your amazon prime video, Netflix, etc. In the cabinet in the livingroom we have some games too if you decide to stay in and have some fun. Please place games back in cabinet when done.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities needed for your everyday cooking. Want a margarita? We have a machine for that too. Want to airfry your food, we have that too. We ensured everything you would have in your own home to cook, we would have it here too. We also provide a paper towel to start off, anything additional you are responsible for.
WASHER/DRYER: In the laundry room we have a washer/dryer unit available during your stay.
MASTER BEDROOM:
Your room is equipped with a king size bed and also has a twin pull out sofa chair as well. It also includes a TV in which you can log into your amazon prime video, Netflix, etc. Privacy shades are throughout the house. There is enough space to put away your clothes in the chest and closet. If you are traveling with a infant, in the closet we have a playpen.
SECOND BEDROOM:
Your room is equipped with a Queen size bed. It also includes a TV in which you can log into your amazon prime video, Netflix, etc. Enough space to put away your clothes in the chest and closet.
THE BATHROOMS:
Our home has two bathrooms. One has a tub and the other holds a standing shower. Both are equipped with a start up stock of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toilet paper. Anything additional you are responsible for. We also have a hair blower in both bathrooms. There is enough space to put your added everyday essentials.
SUNROOM: The sunroom is an added space with a sofabed where you can lounge and take in the view of the backyard without being outside. This space also includes a TV in which you can log into your amazon prime video, Netflix, etc.
BACKYARD:
The backyard includes seating for four and a BBQ grill. (Cushions for seating are located in the closet in the bathroom next to sunroom). It also has a hot tub if you just want to lounge especially on cool nights.
GARAGE:
In the garage is where we store everything needed for a day at the beach such as beach chairs, tent, cooler, and beach toys for kids for you to use.
We're looking forward to your stay and that you enjoy everything that Sarasota has to offer.
Other things to note
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Please note that security cameras are only in the front of the home for the safety of our guests. We respect your privacy and strive to maintain a safe and secure environment for all guests.
Garbage day is on Wednesdays. If you have accumulated trash, please put out the trash in the street in front of house.
