Here is every detail about our sweet home:
We have 3 bedrooms:
- Master Bedroom, space for a couple with their own private bathroom and walk-in closet, thus having more privacy from the rest of the property.
- Singular Bedroom, room for one person, comfortable and with a huge mirror, a closet behind the mirror, so you can store all your things, without taking up space from the rest of the room.
- Shared Bedroom, a space with bunk beds that comfortably fit 3 people, with the bottom bed being larger in size. Perfect for friends or for the little ones, it also has a mirror and a closet behind it.
In addition to the bedrooms, we have an open space where the kitchen and dining room are located.
- Living Room
In the living room we have a smart TV with internet access. We also have comfortable furniture for you to chill around and watch some movies.
- Dining Room
At the back of the living room is the dining room, basically it is the central table, where you will enjoy good times and conversations.
- Kitchen
The kitchen has a refrigerator which can produce ice if needed, a four-burner electric stove, and we also have available for your use: pots, coffee maker, pans, kitchen utensils and cloths. Oh! And you can not forget our Puerto Rican seasonings.
Ways of access:
There are two ways to access the interior of the home. The main door and the garage door. The main door is a heavy double iron door made from scratch by a local blacksmith artist. When you open both doors there is a flow of tropical air throughout the house which makes the interior cool. The garage door is a simpler version of the main door made by the same artist, this door is a little more private and convenient for people with physical disabilities, since it has no steps.
- Garage/Parking
Let's talk about the garage now, a space for two vehicles where they are hidden from the view of the main road, that is to say a more private parking lot, although there is a ramp where two more vehicles fit, they would block the cars that are inside. In the garage there is a sink, washer and dryer. Lastly, we have a hammock available to relax in this space as well.
- Bathrooms
This space has two and a half bathrooms, a private bathroom in the double room, a bathroom for the rest of the house and in the back of the property we have a half bathroom which is not available, due to the work that is still being done in and around the area.
- Patio
The patio is still under development, so we are open to interesting suggestions and ideas, at the moment we have a Pitahaya cactus, if you are lucky you can take as many as you want if they are ready to be harvested. In addition, we have palm trees around the house, and a gazebo. The back patio is not finished yet, there are gaps between the fences, no grass and a little rocks which may not be safe to walk around that area.

We provide makeup remover wipes, towels with makeup stains will be charged $5.00 for small ones and $10.00 for big ones. Refunds are limited to the listings time period, after that no refunds will be issued. We are not responsible for outages of electricity/water during your stay, Puerto Rico has a very unstable system and you should be aware of that. Any damages to our property will be charged following AirBnB’s policy.
