The first floor has a second living area that opens to the pool, along with refrigerator drawers. A fourth-floor living room and an upper deck add more space to spread out. There's also a smaller-than-regulation ping pong table in the entryway and a gas grill. The private pool can be heated for $40 per day, though heating performance is limited when outdoor temperatures are below about 50°F.
Every bedroom has its own bathroom. There are two Primary Suites with king beds: one on the fourth floor and one on the third floor.
