Monte Azzuro is a brand-new luxury home perched above Deep Creek Lake, built for families and groups who want to slow down together. Elevated above the shoreline means something waterfront homes can't offer: sweeping panoramic views of the water and mountains from nearly every room, sunsets that fill the entire 20x45-foot deck, and true peace and quiet away from the busy shore. We're not directly on the water — instead of a dock, you get the postcard. When you want to get out on the lake, boat and kayak rentals and public access at Deep Creek Lake State Park are just minutes down the road.

Room for everyone — and a bathroom for nearly everyone.

Five bedrooms and five real beds sleep 10 comfortably, including a king master suite, and four full bathrooms mean no morning lines — a detail multi-generational trips and grandparents appreciate as much as the views. Two separate living areas with large 4K TVs let the kids spread out with a movie while the adults talk by the fire, and the state-of-the-art kitchen handles a full family dinner with ease.

Evenings are the main event.

Soak in the 7-person hot tub under the stars, gather around the fire pit on the infinity deck, and watch the sky change over the lake. Mornings are coffee on the deck and mist on the water.

Four seasons, one house.

Summer is lake days and long evenings on the deck. Fall turns the entire valley into a wall of color — some of the best leaf-peeping in Maryland is the view from the living room. Winter, you're minutes from Wisp Resort's slopes for skiing, tubing, and the mountain coaster, and there is no better end to a ski day than this hot tub. Spring is quiet trails, uncrowded restaurants, and the lake waking back up. Swallow Falls State Park and downtown McHenry dining are a short drive year-round.

High-speed internet and a dedicated workspace make midweek and extended stays easy if someone needs to plug in for a few hours.

This is our family's home away from home and we care for it that way — freshly built, immaculately kept, and stocked with the details that make a week easy. It's a quiet retreat ideal for families, multi-generational trips, couples' getaways, and relaxed groups of friends celebrating a milestone. We're responsive within the hour if you need anything at all.

Elevated above the lake with panoramic views — no private lake frontage or dock. Public lake access, marinas, and boat rentals are a short drive away. Strict no-party, no-event policy and quiet hours after 10 PM out of respect for our neighbors. Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and entrances only (never inside). Maximum occupancy is 10 — firm. Checkout 11:00 AM. We live nearby-ish and respond within the hour if you need anything.
