My town house is easily accessible to public transportation and AMTRAK to Philadelphia, New York and Washington. We are located near many colleges, universities and private schools including Villanova University, Bryn Mawr College and Haverford College. We are in the Lower Merion school district. Not far from Bryn Village, we are in walking distance to many restaurants and retail stores. We are also in walking distance from many major amenities including the free library.

This is a townhouse, accessible to all popular locations by car or public transportation. Are you interested in the US Open? Do you just want to tour Philly, New York and Washington DC.?
The townhouse is close to all major universities including Bryn Mawr College, Haverford College, Drexel and U of Penn, There are great museums, concert halls, stadiums and fine dining. If you are into sports, leave your car and take the train or bus to the stadium.
There is a living room, dining room and large kitchen. Walking through the back of the kitchen there is a porch and a deck in the back yard. The two bedrooms are upstairs along with a bathroom. There is a powder room downstairs as well.
It has central air, good for the hot summer months; and central heat great for the cold winters.
The town house is near a major hospital as well as a major university and colleges. One can walk virtually everywhere and one can take the train or bus into Philadelphia
This is city living without being in the city.
Public transportation includes the local train, the R 5 and Amtrak as well as buses.
It is unique as it is accessible to everything and everywhere.
