Enjoy Lisbon in this 130 m² duplex apartment, recently renovated, filled with natural light and designed for comfort. It’s ideal for families or groups of up to 6 guests. The main highlight is the river view: you’ll have balconies on the first floor and views also from the upper bedroom—perfect for unwinding at the end of the day.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms. The suite features a 1.60 m bed, air conditioning, and a private bathroom with a shower. The double bedroom has a 1.40 m bed, air conditioning, and a balcony with river views. The twin bedroom has air conditioning, two 0.90 m beds (which can be joined to form a 1.80 m bed), and a small terrace facing the rear—quieter for resting. The living room is also equipped with air conditioning (cooling and heating).

In total, there are 3 bathrooms: two with showers (the suite and the upper floor) and one with a bathtub. The living and dining area is comfortable and includes a work space and fast Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped for simple meals and longer stays. Next to the kitchen there is also an enclosed sunroom/lounge area, great for reading or relaxing.

Important: the building is typical of the historic center and does not have an elevator. The stairs are narrow and steep, which may be less convenient for guests with reduced mobility or those traveling with large suitcases. Access to the upper floor is via internal stairs.

This picturesque neighborhood offers visitors charming views of the river and passing ships. Along our main street, Rua Magalhães, “Senhor Cardoso” prepares delicious homemade Portuguese dishes. Additionally, the various small shops in the area provide local fresh products for your convenience.
