Our holiday house "Potkova", with a unique view in all directions, is located in a secluded place in the quiet village of Krković. You will enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset. You will have a good rest and sleep with us.
The nearest neighboring house is 100 m away, the main road 80 meters away. Guests have access to the entire house with a large fenced garden, a lockable gate and a private illuminated parking lot (for two cars) that is under video surveillance 24 hours a day. There are three cameras on the house. Two, which are facing the front and back yard, are not in operation while the guests are in the house. The third camera, which is fixed, is used 24 hours a day and faces the gate and parking lot. Free Internet 24 hours a day, WIFI excellent network availability in the yard. Satellite TV with a large number of TV channels from all over the world. TV in the living room and in the smaller bedroom with PS3.
The entrance to the yard is 80 meters from the main road. The access road, the entrance to the yard, the private parking lot and the approach to the house are illuminated. We do not allow pets, smoking is strictly prohibited, as well as the consumption of alcohol by persons under 18 years of age, and the holding of parties.

Guests can use the following facilities in the courtyard:
-large swimming pool (7.0x3.5x1.5 m) (under construction, it will be ready by 01.05.2025. new pictures are coming), solar shower, large sunbathing area 8.5x4.0 m in the sun all day, with artificial grass,
- outdoor playground for children (swing, trampoline 3m, sandpit - under construction, pictures to come),
- volleyball and badminton court,
- a canopy, which is illuminated, under which you can sit and have lunch,
- a 96-year-old koštela tree, under which there is outdoor seating in the deep shade, something that is unique and very pleasant in the summer.
- hanging swings for adults,
- a large charcoal grill with an external sink (under construction, new pictures coming),
- external dryer.

The house is on the ground floor. The front door is accessed from a large yard paved with natural stone up three steps.

The door on the house is PVC anti-burglary, with a security lock and a coded key. PVC joinery with ALU blinds. Protection against mosquitoes and other insects on all windows.

There is an air conditioner in the hallway of the house. The inverter air conditioner is also strong enough to heat the whole house, but it is not used for heating if the outside temperature is below +5 C. The whole house is thermally insulated with a Styrofoam facade, which additionally guarantees a pleasant stay in home in the warm summer months.

The kitchen with dining room is spacious and fully equipped, both for preparing food and for dining. All necessary kitchen appliances available, LED light, hot water, dishwasher, microwave oven., modern ceramic hob, large oven, large fridge freezer. In the kitchen there is a cabinet with basic medical supplies in case of minor injuries, as well as a fire extinguisher.

Guests can use the living room for resting, watching TV, reading, listening to music, as well as for working on the computer. The TV is flat screen, with installed satellite television. Mini line FM/DAB. DVD player.

Bedroom no. 1: a large double bed with a memory mattress that guarantees a pleasant sleep, nightstands on both sides, night lamps, a wardrobe, a ceiling lamp with remote control in various colors, disinfected cotton bed linen, a baby cot (free of charge) with bed linen available if needed.

Bedroom no. 2: two separate beds, cotton disinfected bed linen, chest of drawers for storing clothes, flat screen TV, PS3 player console.

The bathroom is modernly equipped. Washing machine with a capacity of 10 kg. Electric boiler and electric space heater.
