Villa Vento Solare is surrounded by the lush countryside of Specchia, making it perfect for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. Specchia is a charming medieval village located just 10 minutes by car from the unspoilt Adriatic coast and approximately 15 minutes from the golden sandy beaches of Pescoluse.

The villa is arranged over two floors, while the fully fenced outdoor area extends over approximately 5,000 m². Villa Vento Solare features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven and freezer, as well as a large dining room.

The sleeping area includes four spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The rooms are tastefully furnished using warm colours to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.

Outside, there is an additional bathroom and several furnished areas where guests can relax and enjoy the sunshine. The large private swimming pool, reserved exclusively for guests, is the perfect place to cool off during hot summer days.

The villa offers a wide range of amenities, including hairdryers, a washing machine, a TV in every bedroom, refrigerator, barbecue, iron and ironing board, children’s games, mosquito screens, free on-site parking, air conditioning throughout the property and internet access.

* Bed linen and towels
The initial supply is optional and is available at an additional one-time cost of €15 per person.
Guests who require this service are kindly requested to inform the property before arrival.

* Linen change
Available upon request at an additional cost of €15 per person.

* Tourist tax
Payable at check-in: €1.50 per person, per night, from 1 May to 30 September, for guests aged 14 and over.
The tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price.

* Pets
Pets are welcome at our villa and are subject to an additional charge.
Their presence must be declared at the time of booking. Any pets not communicated in advance may not be accepted or may result in an additional charge being requested on site.

* Electric vehicle charging
Charging electric vehicles or plug-in hybrid vehicles using the sockets inside the accommodation or in the communal areas is strictly prohibited, as they are not designed for this purpose.
The utilities included in the stay cover only normal use of the accommodation.
Any unauthorised charging will result in the loss of the security deposit and the guest being charged the full cost of any damage caused to the electrical system.
