Located on Spring Lake near South River, Ontario, in the Great Canadian Wilderness of the Almaguin Highlands, this entire property offers rare space, privacy, spectacular views and comfort for families, friends, celebrations to last a lifetime.
With 9 bedrooms sleeping up to 20+ guests, the Manor is purpose-built for multi-day stays — not quick turnover. You’ll have exclusive access to the entire lakeside property.

Nestled in the heart of a private 67-acre private forest on the shores of Spring Lake. Guests enjoy easy lake access from our private shallow, sandy beach and swimming dock set within a sheltered cove, 2,000+ sq. ft. indoor event space with lake views, with walk-out to the expansive panoramic deck presenting spectacular waterfront views.
Spring Lake Manor is intentionally curated for groups seeking a private lakeside cottage destination for multigenerational families or 2 to 3 families for summer week long escapes and social groups and private gatherings for long weekends and week long retreats.

You will be provided a unique code for the front door and this will only be enabled for the duration of your stay. Please note that this code will not be enabled until you acknowledge the Welcome package guide lines.
We do require a Refundable Security deposit of $1,500, (e-transferred to host after booking) refunded within 7 days of departure, providing there is no damage or no extra cleaning.
