Relax at this peaceful and comfortable Bellefontaine home. Main floor has 3 bedrooms, full bath, kitchen, dining room, and a living room. Basement offers another bedroom area within the living room, full bath and large laundry room. Fully fenced in backyard with a hot tub, patio and fire pit. Inviting porch to sit and take in the beautiful small-town neighborhood, 15 minutes to Indian Lake and Mad River Mtn. House trained dogs welcome only $50 fee. NO CLEANING FEE if you clean up after yourself.

Guests love this place! The home features 2 King sized beds, 1 Queen bed & 1 full size bed. It is cozy and comfortable, with 2 levels of living space. Smart TVs in each bedroom and living rooms (5 total).

There is a large laundry/utility area with washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, laundry basket, and hanging cart with hangers. Cabinet is stocked with detergent, dryer sheets, dryer balls, fabric freshener, and stain remover.

Each bedroom has a closet with extra bedding, along with a hamper and wooden hangers. Blinds and lamps in each bedroom. There are 4 beds, each with new DreamCloud mattresses, so 8 can sleep comfortably. There is also a queen size air bed and twin mattress that can be set up upon request.

A closet in the hall holds a variety of extras you may need in case you forgot to bring a toothbrush, etc. It also holds cleaning supplies, extra TP (Charmin), and random items of use that have been left.

There is a bathroom on both levels. The main floor bathroom has a walk in shower and the basement bathroom has a tub and shower. The home is equipped with a water softener which makes for great showers, spotless dishes and fresh laundry.

The kitchen has all new dinnerware and cookware, along with coffee maker, kettle, air fryer, toaster, waffle maker, George Foreman indoor grill, magic bullet, pizza pan, and crockpot. Ziplock bags, coffee, tea, hot cocoa, cream, sugar, Splenda, snacks, etc. all provided.

The back patio is a great area to relax outside. Hot tub, Privacy fence, fire pit, gas grill, and bistro lights, with direct entrances to the kitchen and garage.

My favorite spot is the covered front porch. It faces northwest and is a great spot to view sunsets. The property sits uphill so the neighborhood view is gorgeous. There is even a ceiling fan to cool you off when you want to soak in the sun.

The beautiful concrete driveway provides ample off street parking.

With the exception of one closet, guests have access to the full property including garage, 2 kayaks, paddles, life vests, and roof attachments for kayak transporting.

This is a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, especially in the colder months. When it warms up, the neighborhood kids will be out riding bikes, shooting hoops, and running around. Still peaceful and enjoyable, but not as quiet.

It’s a great neighborhood to walk around with the pool and park close by so you may see people strolling, running and biking. There are a lot of dogs in the neighborhood so you will hear some barking.

We have dogs in the next yard who may bark if they are startled by your presence. We do have bark deterrents installed and will quiet them.

The hospital is a stone’s throw down the street, and there is a helipad in the area, so you may also hear ambulance sirens or life flights in action.

It’s a safe and friendly street, not highly trafficked.

Quiet street, safe and friendly neighborhood, picturesque scenery. Downtown Bellefontaine is thriving with all kinds of unique shops.

Hungry? Thirsty? I recommend visiting 600 Downtown for the best pizza, 2Gs Bbq, The Flying Pepper for amazing authentic Mexican food, Don’s Diner for hamburgers, City Sweets for donuts or ice cream, Brewfontaine for beer, the Syndicate for Sunday brunch and Sweet Aromas for coffee!

The first Friday of each month, they close off the downtown streets and have festivities. It’s a fun way to get to see all the cool restaurants and shops. You can even get a drink and carry it around with you while you explore.

There is a pool and park in walking distance. The park has a disc golf course, pickle ball, tennis and basketball courts. There is also a very nice inclusive playground.
