Hunker down in this renovated studio suite with a newly added kitchenette, perfectly located in the heart of one of the hottest Denver neighborhoods and one of the few with a lake and park at its center.

You'll stay only two blocks from Sloan’s Lake and the Downtown Edgewater restaurants and shops. Take a stroll around the local public park directly across the street to enjoy this cozy quiet neighborhood just off the bustle of the lake!

Your space is Unit D. This is a completely private studio space with a kitchenette (though there's not much need to cook when you can walk to many nearby restaurants!). You'll have one queen bed (firm/medium memory foam mattress), and a living space in addition to the newly updated hotel style bathroom! There's a TV, microwave, fridge, and a Keurig for those morning coffee requirements.

There’s a separate entrance to your private studio unit permanently locked off from the rest of the house. You'll have all of the studio space to yourself! Might just hear some normal muted living sounds through the walls from the next unit, but nothing inside is shared.

Edgewater Public Market (6 blocks), Downtown Denver (10 minute Lyft), Empower Field at Mile High (6 minute Lyft), Meow Wolf (10 minute Lyft), and most importantly, Casa Bonita (6 minute Lyft).

Getting around:
There's one private off street parking spot for this unit, but we are also located only one block to the nearest bus stop, or 5 minute drive to the nearest light rail station.

House Rules:
- House has quiet hours from 11 pm to 9am.
- Only confirmed guests are allowed on the property - please make sure any guests are verified as well.
- Guests will be charged extra if the unit is left excessively dirty or linens are unable to be cleaned due to staining.
- No smoking of any kind in the property or anywhere near windows/doors. A $300 fine will be incurred if this rule is not followed for smoke smell mitigation and additional cleaning.

The Sloan’s lake area is a hot neighborhood that’s often bustling with energy and events nearby whether visiting in the Summer or Winter. It includes some of Denver’s best restaurants and easy access in all directions to the best of Colorado. This house is nestled on a homey block far enough to enjoy a more quiet and peaceful neighborhood park across the street, while remaining only two blocks from the lake and Downtown Edgewater!
