The Golden Heron was used in the Academy Award winning film, The Rose Tattoo, a Tennessee Williams production. Mr Williams also lived nearby in the neighborhood. The home is a monthly rental. Our home has some unique qualities. PLEASE READ ALL THE BELOW BEFORE BOOKING! It is centrally located in the "locals" area of Old Town Key West. This puts you at a 15 minute WALK to Duval street. Faustos grocery store is a block away. Everything is walking or biking distance.
