Or start a fire in our firepit and roast marshmallows under the stars as you relax with occasional dips into the hot tub. Screened in porch available for rainy day board games. Located in a small community, we admit the grocery store is 15 minutes away, but everything else is right here!

This newly renovated 4.5 star heritage home is in a prime downtown Charlottetown location and we have 3 rental units on the property, one on each floor. We are walking distance to city center, Victoria Park, many great restaurants, theatre, shopping, city transit, night-life activities and coffee outlets. Located amongst many beautiful heritage homes it’s charm and spectacular view is hard to find in a city. You will find many wonderful things to enjoy, all within walking distance!

PRIVATE two room suite located in our family home. 10 min. from historic Ch'town. One room has a double bed the other room has a king sized bed, dining table and (queen-pull out) couch. Suite includes well stocked kitchenette with a fridge, dishwasher, laundry, microwave, induction burner and coffee station. Also, AC, a flat screen television, wi-fi, propane firepit and BBQ. Beautiful spruce lined acre feels like private grounds. Local friendly hosts. Not suitable for parties.

Road Runner’s Rest - Suite

Road Runner’s Rest is a spacious walkout basement suite, centrally located for ease of travel in PEI. The suite features your own private entrance, a large living area with a 75” tv, a large master bedroom with a king bed, bathroom and a kitchenette. Make this space your home base as you travel from east to west on PEI. Ten minutes to Charlottetown, five into Cornwall, about 30 minutes to Summerside and 30 minutes to Cavendish. There is one dog that lives on the property.

Seasonal attractions include close proximity to two Provincial Parks (free beaches), several golf courses, and other popular places of interest within a short drive.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful beachfront oasis. The guest suite is on ground level and has a private entrance and is suitable for a maximum of two guests. It has free parking for one vehicle and is only a 10 minute drive to downtown Summerside. The unit has waterfront access to Linkletter beach and is next to the provincial park. It is in a perfect and quiet location for those with a vehicle and wanting to visit areas close to Summerside, PEI.
