Plenty of parking for vehicles, ATV trailers, or even an RV. Front yard is fenced and gated for dogs. Tonto National Forest in the back yard. Handicap accessible. 10 minutes to town, restaurants, and parks. 25 minutes from Tonto Natural Bridge. 15 minutes from East Verde River. Friendly dog on premises. No pets, no smoking, and no parties. *Small portions of the road are unpaved (less than 0.5 mile)
