This is a quiet neighborhood & convenient location. Perfect for couples & solo travelers. NO animals or pets allowed! NO children under 13 yrs. of age!

Sweet Virginia Seas

Sweet Virginia Seas is located on the ocean side of Atlantic Avenue, a mere 2-minute walk to the beach. This spacious 3,300 square-ft., 4- bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home has it all! The open floor plan can accommodate large groups and the 4 bedrooms sleep 12, with beds to spare. The house is equipped with linens, beach chairs, surfboards, bikes and other beach toys located in the 2-car garage. The fenced in back patio has a charcoal grill, beach lounge chairs, a covered porch and an outdoor shower.

Experience the exact opposite at Courtyard Cottage, steps away from a quiet, peaceful beach surrounded by sand dunes for a special getaway. A park across the street offers playgrounds and pet-friendly walks, and a local farmers' market opens from 9 a.m. to noon. Saturdays, May 4 - Nov 23. A past guest wrote, "This place brings beach home nostalgia, peace, and a time to relax". No parties, quiet hours after 10 pm.

Brand new construction located exactly one block from the beautiful Chesapeake Bay at East Beach in Oceanview! A quick walk to the beach or Bay Oaks Park, this bungalow is perfect for relaxing getaways. Fireplace, patio, grill, spacious front porch, new appliances, washer/dryer, private off-street parking. Our studio includes a reserved parking space, saltwater pool, large BBQ deck area and a lawn on the beach. This small oceanfront complex is a great place for couples or a small family.

The Old Beacon unit 3 is a two story unit with living space on the first floor and bedrooms on the second floor. It’s one of the units of the back cottage on the property. Adorable, cozy interior with access to the amazing outdoor common area - pool, cornhole, porch swings, outdoor dining area, and outdoor shower for when you return from the beach! Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space that’s two blocks to the beach and Virginia Beach boardwalk!
