Our bungalow, has been transformed into a modern and spacious home. It has featured in Ideal Homes and Daily Telegraph Home Renovation Award. Located approx 12 minutes, from Preston City centre and easily accessed by public transport.
The double bedroom has ensuite/wet room and is on the ground floor, at the front of the house.
Off road parking and secure storage for cycles, is available.
