Just above the town of Montezuma with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean you will find Casa Frangipani. We offer 4 private Villas and a Studio immersed in nature. All our rental Villas are surrounded by lush landscapes for maximum privacy, yet angled to maximize ocean and forest views. Villa are rented individually or for larger groups the complete property is also available.

Casita Amarilla

Rejuvenate yourself in this tranquil tropical paradise surrounded by manicured gardens and local fauna. You will enjoy your private Oasis whether it be cooling off in the pool, relaxing in a hammock, or strolling the gardens. A 10 minute walk takes you to the Village, ocean, jungle, restaurants, or bars. A short drive will take you to sandy beaches, hidden coves and surfing. A few more minutes takes you to Santa Teresa or Montezuma, horseback riding, boat tours, zip lining and much more.

Cabina Moth & Twig

Cabina Moth & Twig is a romantic hidden cottage located between Montezuma and Cabuya. This charming property is a 5-minute walk to Playa Cedros. The cottage sits under jungle canopy and attracts animals such as monkeys, agouti, coati, and many types of birds. The cottage features a bedroom, kitchen, indoor bathroom with hot shower, outdoor cold shower, outdoor sink, and a lovely private deck; the perfect place to have a beverage in the hammock and watch the wildlife. My place is nestled near the heart of Montezuma. Beautiful beaches are within a 10 minute walk on either side of the Villa and the famous Montezuma waterfall is just a short walk up the river behind us. This is one of the few places to rent directly in front of the ocean. You’ll love my place because of the ocean view, the tide pool on the property and the beautiful garden. My villa is great for couples, solo adventurers, families with kids, and honeymooners. Daily cleaning service included!

Feel the breeze end enjoy the amazing view 300 ft. above the pacific ocean. At night you can see perfectly the stars. The cottage is made with antics what gives it his unique warm touch, no tree had to be cut to make it. The property was completely reforested in the last 30 years.
