Join us on a leisurely walk of about a half a mile with plenty of resting stops in Little Havana where you will discover the traditions, history, music and flavors of Cuba in Miami. Upon entering Casa Habano, each guest will be greeted with a traditional Cuban coffee or "Cafe Cubano" to get a full sensory experience From there we begin a video on the seeding, germination, planting, curing, fermenting and sorting of tobacco leaves before shipped to factories. We continue by sharing the history of Commercial cigar rolling in Florida which began with small-scale operations by Cuban immigrants in the 1830s, and blossomed in to the "cigar Capital of the World", with Pioneers like Vicente martinez Ybor and Eduardo Manrara. Next we visit our pettit GALERA to experience each manufacturing stage: PRIMARY PROCESS - This is where you get to see firsthand the different types of tobacco and the aging process. Here you will see and learn how various tobaccos are sorted. DEVEINING - The removal of the center vein is a critical process of preparing the tobacco, and we will show you how it is done. TWISTING & ROLLING - Constructing a cigar is a 3 step process. See our Master Torcedores, twist, bind, press and roll our premium cigars. PACKING - Once cigars have been rolled they undergo further aging, before they're label and packaged for distribution. For safety, we recommend to wear closed shoes. During the tour, guests are invited to enjoy (1) complimentary cigar. Other things to note To enhance the experience, you are free to take pictures, videos and ask questions.

You will meet me at my electric catamaran, Squid, under my HONEST ECO sign. We will depart from the dock located at the Historic Seaport. We will head out on the water to an area which provides a year round home for about 200 wild Bottlenose Dolphins. This is my moment to share the wonders of these marine mammals with you, while always operating my vessel in a manner that is safe and respectful of the dolphins and their need for space. With the right know-how I can usually find dolphins in under an hour and in calm waters. After observing the dolphins many different behaviors from the boat we will head to one of my favorite spots to snorkel with sponges, coral heads or a patch reef. I will take you to the best place with the best visibility that day. My mate will be your guide, leading you around a calm snorkeling spot and point out animals that make our ecosystem unique and answer any questions that you have. Check in at the HONEST ECO boat Squid. If you are driving down the keys the day of the trip just remember it is a road that is only one way in and one way out. One accident on that road can hold you up for the day. We do not issue refunds if you miss the boat. It is best to ride a bike in Key West or take a cab. We'll head out to the lower Florida Keys back-country where we'll fish for a variety of species such as Tarpon, Bonefish, Permit, Shark, Barracuda, Snapper, Sea Trout and a plethora of others in the gin clear waters of the shallows and flats. There will only be the three of us so you'll have a personalized guided trip and my undivided attention whether your asking questions about our unique ecosystem and its surroundings or the techniques and equipment we'll be using to stalk and catch fish on the most fertile and pristine fishing grounds on planet Earth! We'll typically be fishing depths of two feet to eight feet deep so the visual experience is like nowhere else in the continental United States. Once we finish our excursion you'll be brought back to our original departure point and you can enjoy some some excellent island eats and tropical cocktails like the locals do at the famous Looe Key Tiki Bar & Grill on Ramrod Key. There's also a gift shop on property so you can pick up some souvenirs for yourself, friends or family members! Pop & Pour is an abstract take on the traditional paint and sip class, perfect for all ages & artistic skill levels. Instead of following along with the instructor step by step, local artist Jasmine Jones teaches you all her tips and tricks for creating your very own abstract alcohol ink painting. Your party will meet in Jones' art studio & gallery, Ocean Blues Studio, down in the heart of Old Town Key West. Over the 1-1.5 hour class, you will learn all the basics of how to use alcohol inks to create your own masterpiece. Rather than following along, step by step with the instructor, you have the freedom to create your own abstract composition. This also allows you to relax and socialize as you paint, instead of worrying about falling behind as the instructor paints. The small class setting also allows you to get plenty of one on one instruction from Jones, ensuring you walk away with a painting that you'd be proud to hang on your wall.
