Apartment is situated in the center of Buzet known as "city of truffles". It's fully equipped and decorated in modern style. It has two bedrooms - one with king bed for two person and another room with two single beds and one extra bed. Apartment has spacious kitchen and living room with air-conditioner and two balconies. Just in front of apartment are supermarket and coffee bar. Behind the building is large lawn with kids playground. Restaurants and other services are within walking distance.

Medieval Old city of Buzet lies on a hilltop above a fertile valley of the longest Istrian river Mirna which is visible from the large Skadanjs' terrace. Skadanj is situated in a small village Krbavčići near the mountainous plateau Ćićarija. Previously, Skadanj was an old threshing barn that has been built by our grandparents, located at the end of the village and surrounded by the green area. In 2017 it was renovated. Outside the house is a beautiful swimming pool with the wooden sun deck.
