Ideally placed between St. Annes and Lytham, this cosy, 3rd floor apartment is a mere minute's walk to the beach and the beach cafe. Convenience shops lie at the top of the road and even a restaurant, Un Momento, generally ranked one of the top 3 in the area. A pleasant stroll along the beach/sea front one way takes you to the centre of St. Annes, and, the other, to Fairhaven Lake, with its cafe and boating. Lytham is easily accessible by car or bus or even on foot if you're feeling energetic.
