The flat is placed just 10 minutes from the seaside by walk. There is natural light all day long because it is South-East oriented. It is located at the 4th floor with elevator. The apartment has been recently renovated and fully furnished. There is a big living room with a sofa where two people can sleep comfortably, and a dining table big enough for 6 people. In front of the sofa there is a LCD TV where you can watch movies connecting your on computer (HDMI cable provided), through your USB memory or directly from my Hard Disk with more than 500 movies (in Italian and English). The kitchen has everything you need for cooking: the oven, the gas kitchen fires, the cutlery, a fridge and a freezer and the basic spices. The bathroom has a huge shower. All the essentials are provided. In the bedroom you can find a king size bed, with two bed tables and two lamps on it. The bed sheets are included. There is an enormous wardrobe, and for more space a medium cabinet. The balcony is connected with the bedroom. A table with four chairs is provided where you can enjoy your meals.
