The barn is a one bedroom, split level cottage in the heart of picturesque Kintbury. There are plenty of walks in the countryside and the canal is within easy reach for walking, fishing and biking. The village has 2 pubs, a corner store, butchers and bakery all a few minutes walk from the cottage. The property is an easy 3min walk for trains to Newbury/Hungerford (5mins) or London (1 hour). There is fast unlimited internet in the cottage and a separate Netflix account for guests use.

Set close to the main house in breathtaking countryside. Our lavender garden is for you to enjoy too. Perfect country to explore on foot or by bicycle along the Kennet and Avon Canal or National Cycle route 4. Only 6 mins to Junction 14 of M4 and good internet for business users. It's more shabby chic than luxury as we sadly don't have an open fire but underfloor heating, good beds and great views. Kids love playing football and others table tennis.
