We'll prepare a delicious Portuguese meal with ingredients that grow locally. As we sip wine and nibble olives marinated with orange zest and rosemary, we'll get to work. We'll make a typical grilled sausage, a fish stew with seabass and prawns made on a special cataplana pan, and a Portuguese brûlée flavored with orange and lavender. We'll dine on several courses of traditional Portuguese fish and meat dishes, each with a contemporary twist and paired with Portuguese wines. During dinner, we'll explain the different regions, people, and landscapes of Portugal. You'll leave with a full belly and a deeper understanding of the country and its cuisine and wine reality. * We received the "CLEAN&SAFE" distinction from the Portuguese Tourism Institute, for the prevention of COVID19.* I will pick you up from Lisbon city center and show you the beach with the best conditions for your level. You will get a wetsuit and a surfboard, and we will get suited up for the activity. From beginners to advanced, one day or intensive surf courses. I will help you all the way, showing and explaining everything you need to know. Learn surf techniques, beach analysis, safety procedures, and enjoy a clean energy activity, immersed in the ocean. We will start with the warm up, and then go straight to theory on the sand, but it won't be long until you hit the water. I will not give a speech on the sand, just short and quick tips If you are experienced in surfing, please let me know what type of board do you prefer, and what is your level, or else I will consider you a beginner. We will surf around 2h, depending on the conditions and your stamina. I remind you that this is a physical activity, and you must follow safety procedures Afterwards we will drive back to the city, and finish where we started so you can have a well deserved rest. 100% Surf Experience Near Lisbon you can find one of the best beaches to surf in Portugal. We have waves all year, for all levels of surfers, at Costa da Caparica beach, with amazing views of Lisbon and the Torre do Bugio lighthouse. You will have a two-hour surf lesson with a certified surf instructor, with all equipment and insurance included. You will learn how to stand up on the surfboard and ride a wave. I will pick you up at Lisbon city center and guide you where the good waves are! The surf lesson is in small groups of max 8 people. The activity takes 2 hours at the beach, starting with a short briefing about equipment and warm up and 1,5h of pure surfing. Depending on waves and weather conditions we will Surf around Lisbon, Cascais or Costa da Caparica beach. (30/45 min driving each way) First time surfing? - No worries, I will guide you to a safe Surf spot, teach you how to Surf and stay on your side all the time ;) Have surfed before and want to improve your skills? - Great! I will surf with you, help you to catch more waves and improve your surf technique :) I teach Surfing from begginer to advanced levels I want to share this love with you! :) After 2h of pure surfing and fun I will get you back to Lisbon, so you can charge batterys for next sessions :) I do everyday morning session and afernoon session! We can do a full day surfing I will share with you my passion and my knowlege. Other things to note: This activity includes ensurance. This is a nature activity, we are at the beach, we may not have shower and we change clothes at the beach, bring a towel and good vibes :)

The surf school is 2 min walking from Carcavelos beach, equipped with bathroom, shower, lockers and areas to relax. Once you arrive I will give a brief explanation about the surfing activity and afterwards we will choose the proper equipment according to your surfing level. The duration of the lessons depends on your physical condition, but usually lasts around 2 or 3 hours. The surf school has a validated licence and insurance that covers all the experience. Other things to note I’m here to support you with anything you need. The surf school is nearby Carcavelos train station and we can pick you up whenever is needed. In case you don´t have towel, sunblock, etc. don´t worry we can provide it for you.

We start the surf lesson by choosing the right equipment for you, and teach you how to stand up on a board. After a quick warm up, its time to surf! No rush, we work with small groups so you will have your own time to learn and get better, wave by wave! As passioned for Lisbon, we want to show you the city as we see it, so you can get to know the secrets and customs of the Lisbon people and conquer our 7 Hills. More than a regular and touristic tour, you can learn the portuguese ways and even our language. A tuk tuk is an open air, very small and special vehicle that allow us to go through all the narrow streets of the old part of the town. We will go through them in an easy, very fun and adventurous way to go up the big hills of Lisbon. Throughout this trip, we'll explain you the history of the city and the places where we'll go, we'll do a lot of stops so you can visit inside the monuments and take some photos of the beautiful views. In this tour we'll get to know the old part of the Alfama District that includes the oldest monuments of the city near the Castle (Sé Cathedral, Saint Vicent Church, National Pantheon) awesome high viewpoints (Miradouro da Senhora do Monte and Portas do Sol) where you can see all the city and the 25th April Bridge from the top of the Hill, and stop in the little iconic streets from the XII Century. First of all I have to say that Lisbon is my favorite city! Sun, nice people and good wine. About the wine, I always have a good bottle of Portuguese wine in my bag to share with you while we are walking or having breathtaking views from Lisbon’s hills. You will discover unique street art area, an old authentic district that only few people know with it’s fado history, hidden Palace in the middle of the city, creepy church and Santa Justa Elevator( I know how to get there without paying) , Gothic Church through my secret street leading up. You will be met at the Dock Gate by someone who will take you to our boat and brief you on safety and information about the boat and the tour. This is a small group (up to 5 people) experience. I'll get you in your hotel in Lisbon and we will go to Cascais where we will start the ride. Our e-bikes will take us effortlessly to all the amazing sights in Cascais and Sintra. We will go from Cascais Market and up the Sintra forest through a path that you will see yourself in the middle of the countryside, with sheep, horses and local vegetable gardens. We will then go through Quinta do Pisão and up the Sintra Forest to reach Peninha Convent in the top with a 360 degrees view of the region. We will then go down to Guincho Beach where we can pause for a relaxing lunch (not included), then to the touristic but amazing Boca do Inferno, Cascais old town and back to where we started. We will have a deep experience of all of the best that this region can offer. We will end the tour in Cascais train station, where a 35 minute train (EUR 2.00 per person) or private transportation (taxi, uber, etc., around 30 minutes to Lisbon) are not included. This route is great for every cycling experience.

As passioned for Lisbon, we want to show you the city as we see it, so you can get to know the secrets and customs of the Lisbon people and conquer our 7 Hills. More than a regular and touristic tour, you can learn the portuguese ways and even our language. A tuk tuk is an open air, very small and special vehicle that allow us to go through all the narrow streets of the old part of the town. We will go through them in an easy, very fun and adventurous way to go up the big hills of Lisbon. Throughout this trip, we'll explain you the history of the city and the places where we'll go, we'll do a lot of stops so you can visit inside the monuments and take some photos of the beautiful views. In this tour we'll get to know the old part of the Alfama District that includes the oldest monuments of the city near the Castle (Sé Cathedral, Saint Vicent Church, National Pantheon) awesome high viewpoints (Miradouro da Senhora do Monte and Portas do Sol) where you can see all the city and the 25th April Bridge from the top of the Hill, and stop in the little iconic streets from the XII Century.
