How to change or cancel your reservation

To change or cancel a reservation, go to your hosting dashboard or your trips page. For additional instructions, visit:

If you want to send us a message, use our contact page and an Airbnb Support Ambassador will respond when one becomes available.

If your reservation is less than 72 hours away and you need to talk to someone over the phone, you can try calling us again between 7:00AM and 10:00PM EST for English support through the contact page.
