High-speed wifi inside with NOW tv and outside reaches the private patio with firepit. The entrance with automatic floor lighting often doubles up as a dog bedroom. The cosy hideaway is described by visitors as a 'gem.'

Little Oaks is a unique 1 bedroom cottage. It is surrounded by fields yet in easy reach of the A14 and cities/towns like Bury St. Edmunds and Cambridge. It has its' own private fenced garden and their is a play area on site that children can use if they would like. It is a new conversion. The cottage is in a peaceful setting however this means that WiFi is provided by a mobile device which is fine for collecting emails and surfing but not for downloading large volumes of data. We welcome pets.
