You will spend about three hours in nature with very calm, relaxing activities, based on the scientifically based practice of Japanese art Shinrin-yoku ("Forest Bathing"), which will help you slow down your mind and body. You will get rid of stress and everyday worries and feel the "here and now" moment. We will walk rather shorter distance (within 2 km) with longer stops, during which we will connect with nature through our senses. We will intensify these experiences by appropriately chosen sharing and finally conclude the experience with a tea ceremony with a small snack. In the end, you will feel more relaxed and more connected to yourself and the world around you.
Other things to note
The walk is physically undemanding and suitable also for children (from about 5 years) and seniors able to walk. If you want to bring children with you, please inform me in advance. Please consider the weather and dress more - we won't move much. Well-being is essential to the outcome of therapy.
