Take it easy at this old fashion lake house and tranquil getaway right on the top of the water. Meant for 1 - 2 people, no kids, no pets please.
This seasoned cottage sits right on the water's edge with the deck itself directly overtop of the waterfront, perfect for fishing, swimming, boating and sitting outside. The view is all water and the houses along the lake's shore. Enjoy the morning and afternoon sun and there are two single person kayaks. Life jackets by all are required at all times.

Enjoy this peaceful spot with your whole family on the water's edge of DeRuyter Lake in upstate New York. Lots of added fun with the fire pit, BBQ grill, outdoor hot tub, deck overlooking the water, dock to jump off, a kayak and canoe. Pet friendly too.
Please bring your own bedding and bath towels.
There are two queen beds, one in each main bedroom, and a bunk bed with two twins in the third bedroom. You provide your own sheets, blankets, and comforter thanks. We have pillows on the beds.
